Dr. Verna Yiu will discuss how Alberta Health Services (AHS) is utilizing storytelling to help those working in healthcare recognize the power of relationships and understand how those one-on-one connections are crucial to achieving outstanding patient outcomes and experiences. Dr. Yiu’s presentation will include examples of AHS multimedia storytelling.
